John Myers, MD, is Envision Healthcare’s Integrated Delivery CEO for the North Texas market. In this role, he leads the efforts of Envision’s three core companies – EmCare, AMR and Evolution Health – to develop aligned solutions and operations to better serve its healthcare and community partners.
Dr. Myers is also the CEO of Questcare Medical Services, an Envision company and a premier multi-specialty, integrated, population healthcare organization based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Questcare provides quality Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Critical Care, Pediatrics, Family Practice, OB/Gyn, Neurology, Telemedicine and Hospitalist services in 78 facilities throughout the southern United States.
Questcare’s integrated network also includes 12 Questcare Medical Clinic primary care locations, Questcare Urgent Care, and Questcare Matrix, a provider of post-acute care services. The company employs over 950 outstanding medical providers (physicians and advanced practice providers). Questcare is committed to delivering value-driven, costeffective solutions to both patients and facility clients. As the CEO, Dr. Myers oversees the day-to-day operations and personnel aspects of the organization and helps ensure healthy business relationships with the company’s clients. Dr. Myers is dedicated to creating exceptional practice environments and optimal outcomes for Questcare’s patients, hospitals, and practitioners.
In his 33 years of healthcare industry experience, Dr. Myers has held multiple leadership positions, has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, and has been a frequent lecturer on many aspects of medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Medicine and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is a past President of the Texas Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He serves on numerous other boards and committees.
Dr. Myers earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of California – Irvine Medical Center. Subsequently, Dr. Myers completed a fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He is board certified in both Emergency Medicine and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Dr. Myers also holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.


Matt Bush, M.D.

Matt Bush, M.D.

Medical School: UT Southwestern
Residency: Carolinas Medical Center — Emergency Medicine

Dr. Bush, a Dallas native, graduated from UT Austin and attended medical school at UT Southwestern in Dallas. After his residency in Emergency Medicine at Carolinas Medical Center, he returned to practice emergency medicine at Medical City Dallas Hospital and Medical City Children’s Hospital, where he served as the President of the Medical Staff.
With Dr. Bush’s current role, he oversees Questcare Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine and Critical Care services in the HCA North Texas facilities where the specialties are provided. In this position, he also serves as the liaison between the currently Questcare services in the HCA North Texas facilities and the EmCare services provided in other HCA divisions.
Dr. Bush is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. When not practicing medicine, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Lise Labiche, MD

Lise A. Labiche, M.D.

Lise Labiche, MD is a board certified vascular neurologist who has served as a leader and physician champion in acute stroke care for more than a decade. Prior to joining Questcare Telehealth, she has practiced hospital-based stroke neurology within two major hospital systems. As stroke program medical director, she led the development and certification of the first two Advanced Primary Stroke Centers in the Dallas metroplex. Under her leadership, Medical City Dallas Hospital Stroke Program became one of the first 10 state-designated stroke centers in Texas and received certification as a Comprehensive Stroke Center.
Dr. Labiche received her medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans and subsequently completed a neurology residency at the University of Texas-Houston in 2002. She then completed her fellowship in vascular neurology and received a master’s degree of science in health care management from the University of Texas-Dallas School of Management. The Medical City Dallas Hospital staff selected Dr. Labiche as its 2011 recipient of the Physician Excellence Award.
Her passion for expanding the delivery of preeminent neurological care to all patients fuels her commitment to comprehensive teleneurology system development, through strategic integration of EMS and stroke centers into a coordinated system of care.

Dr. Steadman

Jon Steadman, M.D.
Tele-Emergency Medical Director

Dr. Jon Steadman is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with nearly a decade of emergency medicine experience. He serves as Director of Tele-Emergency Services for Questcare Telehealth, responsible for the development, implementation and operation of telemedicine services nationwide. His technology and networking knowledge combined with his emergency medicine experience position him to effectively and strategically lead Questcare’s tele-emergency services.
Dr. Steadman began his medical career after nearly 20 years in the telecommunications industry. With undergraduate and graduate degrees in electrical engineering, Dr. Steadman held several leadership positions at global telecommunications companies before pursuing his medical degree. Most recently, Jon served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Kite Networks where he led the development and deployment of wireless broadband networks.
Dr. Steadman’s diverse background allows his to uniquely approach situations. He is a proven problem solver and life-long learner. He is also a well-respected writer and lecturer, having published and presented in both medicine and engineering.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Steadman enjoys spending time with family, golfing, snow skiing and designing and installing home theater and audio/video systems. He is fluent in German.

Dr. Harshit Rao is a board-certified pulmonary, critical care and internal medicine physician. He serves as Medical Director of Tele-Critical Care and Pulmonology for Questcare Telehealth, responsible for leading a dedicated team of providers practicing tele-medicine nationwide.
With more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Rao is an expert at identifying, diagnosing and treating a wide range of pulmonary and critical care disorders. As an HCA North Texas provider, he highly regarded for his intensivist and pulmonary experience.
Dr. Rao is well recognized for his skills treating complex patients in medical, surgical and neurosurgical interventions. He is also an accomplished writer and speaker, having presented at several industry conferences.
